Negative experiences, thoughts, and even seeing things on social media affect your personality. Find your inner love with food. Not going to lie some days those Chick Fil A nuggets are calling my name but for the majority of the time fruits, veggies, and grilled meat are are my favorite part of the day. Food is so good and people don't realize it! I recommend eating grilled chicken or fish two times a week and lots of fruits and vegetables. I mix my fruits in with greek yogurt and chia seeds. Every morning I drink a glass of Silk low fat vanilla soy milk.
