Self-confidence is key

      Having self-esteem and feeling confident in yourself is not always easy, but there are reasons our minds allow us to think so low of ourselves at times.  Negative experiences, thoughts, and even seeing things on social media affect your personality. Balancing out a nutritious diet, keeping your brain busy, and the right amount of exercise are all linked to improved self-confidence and keeping your mind healthy.

Find your inner love with food. Not going to lie some days those Chick Fil A nuggets are calling my name but for the majority of the time fruits, veggies, and grilled meat are are my favorite part of the day. Food is so good and people don't realize it! I recommend eating grilled chicken or fish two times a week and lots of fruits and vegetables.  I mix my fruits in with greek yogurt and chia seeds. Every morning I drink a glass of Silk low fat vanilla soy milk.

Usually when people follow me on Instagram the first thing they see is the number of followers I have. I see it as a good and bad thing. A lot of positive comments and energy come my way through comments, emails, and direct messages, as well as many negative comments. Reading mean and hurtful things from people I don't even know is not exactly the best thing in the world but the only thing I can do for myself is to stay positive.  Part of the reason I decided to make this blog is to show everyone that even the ones that seem like they have a "perfect life" don't actually have that.  Many people ask me for tips on exercises and foods I eat, where i get my clothes, and my favorite MAKEUP products I use-- and I think by having this website you can access by one click will help to cover all of that.
